Booking Policies
Booking In
We are unable to take phone calls during the working day as we are busy giving our furry customers love and undivided attention. Please WhatsApp us on 0877640406 with your details, your pets details and when you would like to book in. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are usually unable to fill that appointment slot.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your appointment - no less than 24 hours notice.
​
No shows that wish to rebook will be expected to pay the full fee in advance of their next appointment.

Appointment Times
Each dog is allocated a certain amount of time. Should you arrive over fifteen minutes late to your appointment we will be unable to carry out your dogs groom.

Please further note that we are unable to hold your dog following his/her groom. You will be given a collection time when dropping off your dog. Please do not be late for collection as this will result in a late collection fee.

Coat Condition
If your dog is badly matted, we will have to carry out a tight clip. Unfortunately the coat will not be able to be kept long as it is very cruel to de-matt excessively matted dogs.

We standby the ethos that comfort MUST come before vanity. We reserve the right to refuse to groom a dog that is excessively matted and in the circumstances, we will refer you to your local vet.

Housekeeping
Please ensure your dog is toileted in advance of their grooming session.
​
We kindly ask that all customers ensure that their dog is dropped off with a collar/harness and a lead.
